(BDS Honours, National University of Ireland)
I was born in Singapore and received my Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University College Cork in Ireland. After graduation, I entered private practice and worked in both town and heartland practices while furthering my training in various fields of dentistry. I am fluent in both English and Mandarin and j'apprends le français!
Having treated a wide range of patients over the years, including special needs and medically compromised patients, I have developed a patient-centered approach to help people make well-informed choices about their dental and overall health. I believe that all patients should have a customized dental experience with comprehensive treatment methods and modern materials.
Since my undergraduate, I have had a keen interest in restorative dentistry and have won multiple awards in the field, including the J Creaven Prize in Restorative Dentistry (2014) and the Dr. H H Stewart Scholarship in Dentistry (2013). I continue to pursue excellence in this field and regularly attend local and international courses. I also lecture locally and am a part-time tutor in the restorative department of NUS Dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, I am an advocate for mindful and sustainable businesses. If I'm not at french class, you'll find me photographing animals, doing yoga and spending time with my four rabbits.
