If you are planning your first visit here, we have prepared a short guide to share our signature patient experience with you.

Booking ahead of time will allow us to schedule the best possible slot for you so that there is sufficient time for your appointment. While we do accept walk-in patients, we want to make sure all patients have an appropriate amount of time with our clinicians to get the best possible experience at our clinic.
Prepare Your Existing Dental Records
If you have access to your previous dental records, we encourage you to gather them that will complement the comprehensive dental assessment our clinicians will be doing for you.

Arriving at the Clinic
Arrive on Time
We recommend arriving 10 mins before your appointment so that we can complete your registration on site before your appointment timing.
Allow Time to Relax
We understand that a dental visit can sometimes create a feeling of anxiety. So we encourage you to come in earlier to meet our friendly staff, allow a little breathing space and make yourself comfortable before the appointment. We also have a selection of refreshments available for you at the clinic that you can enjoy before and after your appointment.
Consultation with our Dentists
Comprehensive Medical and Dental History
Our dentists will go through comprehensive questionnaires to ensure that not only dental issues are identified, but also relevant medical issues that may be of concern. Don't be surprised if they ask you many questions during your visit!
Dental Photographs
Our clinicians will take high-resolution photographs to show you the status of your teeth. We also take them during the treatment process to help you understand the dental treatment steps. During the appointment, the dentist will thoroughly review your teeth with you so that you know exactly what is happening in the mouth.
Dental Radiographs
Radiographs are an essential component of our diagnostic process and helps us to be able to see below the surface of the teeth and gums. The radiographic techniques we use allow us to achieve the best resolution possible to get an accurate diagnosis. Don't worry, dental radiographs are completely safe, even for a developing fetus! But should you have concerns, feel free to discuss this with us.
Planning your Next Visit
Booking Ahead
After your appointment, our dentists will provide recommendations regarding your next visit and our friendly staff will be able to assist you with your bookings. We will also provide you with the estimated appointment duration so that you can plan it around your schedule.
Treatment Plans and Quotations
Should you need one, our dentist will prepare a detailed treatment plan for you and send it over to you within 2 weeks. These plans are specifically tailored for you and will include photographs and radiographs. We can also provide quotations for your to submit to your dental insurance.
