Meet OHT Ethel Toh

(Diploma in Dental Hygiene & Therapy, Singapore)

I was born and raised in Singapore, and am fluent in both English and Chinese. My experience here has shaped my passion for serving the community and making a difference in people’s lives through oral care.  Over the years, I have had the opportunity to provide care for the elderly and persons with special needs, groups who often face unique challenges in maintaining good oral health. These experiences have deepened my belief that everyone, regardless of age or circumstance, deserves access to quality dental care. Alongside clinical practice, I am also part of the teaching team at the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore (NUS).   

Beyond clinical work, I serve as President of the Association for Oral Health Therapists (Singapore), and founded a non-profit organization that delivers dental education to the elderly and medical home care teams. At Dental Forté, I strive to bring the same dedication and compassion to every patient I meet. My goal is to provide not only excellent dental care, but also a warm, positive experience where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their journey towards better oral health. 

Aside from dental work, I like to spend most of my time outdoors playing sports or with my pet dog!
